How do I find my photograph once the is available for viewing?
You can access the photographs by first visiting the website and entering the password provided by the photographer. Some events may require a PIN number which will be provided by the photographer after the event. This PIN number is typically provided by email or regular mail one to three weeks following your event. Once you find your photos, click on an image to place an order.
How else can I find my photo?
Additionally, many events can be found by entering a portion of the name of the event or the date of the event. If you are still unable to find your event or photos online, please contact your photographer or event coordinator.
What if I lose the event code/password?
We only use pin numbers or passwords only when requested by the organization or event planners.
The best way to get this is to check with the event planner at your organization or ask others who attended. If you know which photographer shot your event, you can contact them. Otherwise, please email

Image Processing and Customer Service
Will the photo I receive have similar quality to the one I see in the proof on the screen or in my mailer?
The proofs you see online and in the mail order forms are lower quality and resolution than the actual images from which enlargements are printed. This technology allows visitors to the web site to view images which load up quickly, even over slow Internet connections, while still allowing our customers to receive top-quality prints.
How will the photograph be cropped for enlargements?
As photographs are enlarged, the height/width ratio changes, so the print you receive may require cropping from the pictures' edges. Each image will be carefully inspected and is usually cropped from the bottom so that no portion of a subject's head or graduation mortar board are lost.
What type of process is used to print the photos?
All images are printed professionally on the highest-quality photo paper.
Is my credit card safe to submit online? Is your website secure?
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
How do I obtain permission to use photos for editorial or advertising purposes?
All images are copyright protected. You should contact the photographer for your event using the contact information listed on the webpages to obtain permission to use the photos.
Can I make copies of my prints or the images online?
Candid Color Systems or the individual photographers who have authorized the use of photographs on this site own the copyrights of the photographs on this site. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the express written consent of the copyright owner, including, without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photography.
